Kusah, born Kusi Ampene III on October 12, 1995, in Accra, Ghana, is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and Afrobeat artist. He hails from a musical family and began singing at a young age. Kusah's music career took off in 2020 with the release of his debut single "Wo Naa Kwa", which gained widespread recognition in Ghana and beyond. Kusah's music style is characterized by his soulful voice, introspective lyrics, and a blend of contemporary Afrobeat and traditional Ghanaian sounds. He has cited influences such as Ebo Taylor, Fela Kuti, and Stonebwoy. Kusah's songs often explore themes of love, social justice, and self-empowerment.
