Early in his career, he adopted the name Kenrazy, derived from the perception of his energetic and unconventional performances. He gained prominence with his debut single "Ti Chi" in 2008, which was a major hit in Kenya. Kenrazy was initially signed to Jomino Entertainment, where he released several successful tracks, including "Ashu Kwa Shu" and later worked with Grand Pa Records, solidifying his place in the Kenyan music scene with hits like "Mbilikimo Mkora." Over the years, his music has evolved, showcasing his versatility as a rapper and songwriter. He has also collaborated with various artists, including Naiboi, who supported the production of his first album. Despite facing challenges in recent years, Kenrazy continues to create music and engage with his fans through platforms like YouTube.
