Fridayy

Fridayy, born Francis Leblanc on April 12, 2000, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American singer, songwriter, and producer. Known for his distinctive baritone voice, he blends R&B, gospel, hip hop, and Afrobeats into his music. He was raised in a Christian household, with his father serving as a pastor, which heavily influenced his musical journey. Fridayy began playing instruments at the age of six and started producing music at 14. His debut single, "Don't Give Up On Me," was released in October 2022, followed by his debut EP Lost in Melody. His music gained further recognition through collaborations with notable artists like Lil Baby and DJ Khaled. He featured on DJ Khaled’s hit song “God Did,” which earned him three Grammy nominations in 2023. Fridayy is signed to Def Jam Recordings and released his self-titled debut album in 2023. He is currently gaining popularity and is known for his introspective lyrics and soulful melodies.
