Joshua Steele, known professionally as Flux Pavilion, is an English dubstep producer and DJ, born in 1989 in Towcester, United Kingdom. He is best known for his 2011 hit single "Bass Cannon," which garnered significant attention and charted at number 56 on the UK Singles Chart. Alongside Doctor P, he co-founded the renowned Circus Records label. Flux Pavilion's 2011 track "I Can't Stop" became widely popular, even being featured in Jay-Z and Kanye West's album Watch the Throne. Over the years, Flux Pavilion has been at the forefront of the dubstep genre, contributing heavily to its growth. His music is characterized by heavy bass and atmospheric drops, and he has collaborated with numerous artists across various genres. More recently, he has focused on evolving his sound, blending atmospheric and electronic elements, as seen in his album .wav.
