BABA ARA

BABA ARA

Roland Olubukola Olomola, popularly known as Baba Ara, was a visionary musician and evangelist who left an indelible mark on the music industry. A graduate of food technology, Baba Ara's journey was marked by trials and tribulations, including a stint as a quality assurance officer and an ill-fated wristwatch business, before submitting to God's call through music evangelism. He transitioned from the Methodist Church to the Celestial Church and eventually found his true purpose. With a unique style that blended philosophical lyrics, percussion, and biblical references, Baba Ara rose to stardom with hits like "Master Key" and produced over 12 albums, including "Covenant," "The Call and Anointing," "Halleluyah," and "Emi Ni," within nine years. His music transcended denominational boundaries, earning him widespread love and acceptance. Baba Ara performed internationally in Germany, France, and major American cities before passing away on August 31, 2004, at age 42, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire and uplift people to this day.
