His musical journey began in teenage years, singing in local church choirs and school music competitions, before launching his professional career with debut single, quickly gaining popularity on Ugandan radio and online platforms. With soulful voice, relatable lyrics, and infectious beats, Ak Joel spreads love, unity, and African pride through music, drawing inspiration from everyday life, social issues, and personal experiences.
